Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Competitive Intelligence to lead research and analysis supporting the company's strategic initiatives.

You will manage projects, present findings to senior leadership, and help shape corporate strategy across Sales, Marketing and Operations. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, ability to lead others, and experience in competitive intelligence or strategy consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, accounting, finance, engineering, or economics.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, accounting, finance, economics).
• 2+ years in management consulting, leading corporate strategy or strategic initiatives.
• 7+ years of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and Key Intelligence Topics and Industry Disrupting Trends.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure intelligence is actionable and timely.
• Develop and maintain profiles on key competitors, suppliers, partners, and topics.
• Support intelligence distribution, including presentations to Ryder Leadership, webinars, and Board docs.
• Maintain a database of primary and secondary research sources.
