Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Competitive Intelligence to lead research and analysis supporting corporate strategy initiatives. You will manage projects, interact with leadership, and present findings to executives across the organization.

The role is remote across the U.S., requiring alignment with Eastern Time business hours, and involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other corporate functions to drive strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, accounting, finance, engineering, economics.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, accounting, finance, economics).
• Two (2) years or more management consulting, leading corporate strategy, strategic planning or strategic initiatives required.
• Seven (7) years or more of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and Key Intelligence Topics and Industry Disrupting Trends.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the company to ensure that distributed intelligence provided is actionable and timely.
• Develop and maintain detailed strategic and operational profiles on key competitors, suppliers, partners and designated key intelligence topics.
• Support intelligence distribution activities, including presentations to Ryder’s Leadership Team, webinars, and Board-level documentation.
• Continuously identify and maintain a database of primary and secondary research sources.
