Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Competitive Intelligence to lead research and analysis of strategic initiatives. You will manage projects, often with broad objectives, and present findings to senior leadership.

The role requires strong analytical skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence across functions. It is remote in the US with ET business hours and includes opportunities to shape corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, accounting, finance, engineering or economics.
• MBA or master's degree preferred in MBA, accounting, finance or economics.
• 2+ years in management consulting or leading corporate strategy initiatives.
• 7+ years of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and Key Intelligence Topics.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure actionable, timely intelligence.
• Develop strategic profiles on competitors, suppliers, partners and key topics.
• Support intelligence distribution, including presentations to Leadership Team and Board materials.
• Maintain databases of primary and secondary research sources.
