Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Competitive Intelligence to perform research and analysis supporting corporate strategy initiatives.

This role involves project management with broad objectives and presenting findings to all levels of management. Responsibilities include supporting Sales & Marketing initiatives, creating strategic profiles on competitors and suppliers, and delivering intelligence to Ryder's Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, accounting, finance, economics).
• 2+ years in management consulting or leading corporate strategy initiatives.
• 7+ years of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and Key Intelligence Topics and Industry Disrupting Trends.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the company to ensure actionable and timely intelligence.
• Develop and maintain detailed strategic and operational profiles on key competitors and partners.
• Support intelligence distribution activities, including presentations to leadership and board-level documentation.
• Maintain a database of primary and secondary research sources.
