Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to grow a portfolio and drive profitable growth.
• Own assigned territory and manage performance with annual plans and metrics.
• Conduct agency diagnostics to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Facilitate agency appointments and build long-term relationships through visits (in person/virtual).
• Onboard new agencies, set performance goals, and provide training and support.
• Influence agency partners through effective communication and negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
