Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Billings, MT is seeking a Senior Client Manager who will partner with the sales team to retain and grow large commercial accounts. You will manage high-level relationships, provide coverage analysis, and lead proposals, with opportunities to advance into higher levels within MMA.

You will drive client satisfaction through strategic planning, risk management guidance, and proactive service, while collaborating across teams and maintaining meticulous records in the agency

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance industry and product line experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage.
• CPCU or CIC designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and accounts with a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Coordinate and produce proposals, stewardship reports, analytics/benchmarking, market commentary and other client deliverables.
• Provide coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
• Update customer information in the agency management system with accuracy.
• Upsell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues and teams.
• Ensure effective and efficient customer service with the sales and service team.
• Follow policies, maintain documentation, and protect confidentiality.
