Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in commercial insurance account management, an active P&C license, and the ability to translate operations into underwriting-ready submissions; mentoring and development are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance account management/service experience focused on trucking/transportation.
• Active P&C license; STAR and TRIP designations are preferred but not required.
• Ability to translate transportation operations into underwriting-ready submissions.
• Strong certificate management and contract review experience for transportation clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and Transportation accounts with high level of service and responsiveness.
• Coordinate and produce insurance proposals, stewardship reports, analytics/benchmarking and other client deliverables.
• Provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
• Support renewals in a challenging transportation market with pricing, coverage and program considerations.
• Maintain accurate client information in the agency management system.
• Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure top-tier customer service with the sales and service team while understanding transportation industry dynamics.
