• Handle incoming service requests from clients, carriers and underwriters; inform, educate and advise.
• Manage new and renewal insurance marketing; negotiate with carriers and prepare presentations and proposals.
• Analyze coverage placement and provide client-focused recommendations for enhanced protection.
• Update and maintain client data accurately in the agency management system.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
• Deliver excellent customer service with the sales and service team, adhering to policies and workflows.
