Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Manager to proactively manage the overall workflow for the books of business assigned. You will handle all commercial insurance lines and serve as the main client contact, ensuring timely servicing and renewal activities.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and insurance carriers to deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial lines insurance.
• Licensed in Arizona Property/Casualty or transferable license.
• Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external parties.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary client contact and manage day-to-day workflow for assigned books of business.
• Coordinate with Sales, Claims, Accounting, and other teams to service accounts.
• Plan and execute renewal/marketing strategies for clients.
• Review applications, endorsements, and policy information in the agency system.
• Attend client meetings as needed and ensure deadlines are met.
