Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for the Small Business Unit to manage client relationships, advise on coverage, and align insurance programs with client goals. You will work to bind coverages, optimize renewals, and prepare comprehensive client materials.

Ideal candidates will have a Property and Casualty license, 5+ years of account management in insurance, and strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Some locations prefer bilingual capabilities.

Formación

• State-licensed Property and Casualty license required; carrier designations preferred.
• HS diploma required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of account management in insurance (personal lines).
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus in some locations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for in-person or virtual sessions.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced personal lines coverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main client contact; advise on coverage changes and contract requirements.
• Develop tailored insurance plans in collaboration with clients.
• Act as field underwriter and authorize binding of coverage.
• Manage renewals remarketing to retain accounts.
• Prepare client proposals, loss evaluations, and risk analyses.
• Produce binders, certificates, policies, endorsements and related documents.
• Assist with first reports of claims and expedite carrier responses.
• Conduct renewals and audits to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Review cancellation requests and retain clients where possible.
• Stay informed on industry developments and new products.
• Adopt innovative technology, including AI, to improve service.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
