Relation Insurance Services in the United States is seeking an Account Manager for the Small Business Unit. You will manage client relationships, advise on coverage and risk, and drive renewals and proposals to ensure alignment with clients' long-term goals.

The role requires knowledge of commercial lines, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with carriers and clients to bind coverage and deliver best-in-class service.

• The Account Manager oversees the client relationship for small commercial accounts, advising on coverage, risk management and business needs.
• Maintains knowledge of insurance products and market changes to propose appropriate plans.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and guide coverage changes.
• Develop tailored insurance plans aligned with client goals.
• Assist with renewals, quotes, and billing options.
• Coordinate client proposals, loss evaluations, and risk analyses.
