American Global in South Barrington, IL is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead client relationships within our Insurance team. You will manage a book of business, identify client risks, and present tailored coverage solutions.

You will oversee a small team, develop strategies, and work with underwriters and centers of influence to drive growth, renewals, and client satisfaction across construction-related accounts.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of property & casualty insurance experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic point of contact for client.
• Manage annual book of business and monitor expirations.
• Identify risk management needs; develop and cross-sell products.
• Lead account management staff in renewal processes and client service.
