Aon is seeking a Construction Practice Account Executive/Broker II to act as the primary contact for a large construction client, delivering top-tier insurance and risk management services with proactive coordination of placements and renewals.

The role includes training junior staff, ensuring accuracy of policy documentation, and collaborating across Houston, Chicago, New York, or Dallas offices in a hybrid setup. Strong leadership and industry experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Active Property and Casualty license is required.
• Minimum 10 years construction-related Property, Casualty and associated coverages experience, with emphasis on liability coverage.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a large construction client, delivering high-quality insurance and risk management services on schedule.
• Train and oversee junior staff to ensure consistent quality of work.
• Coordinate new business and renewals, gathering exposure information and presenting quotations to the client.
• Ensure policy documents reflect agreed coverages and terms.
• Meet compliance standards and complete regulatory documentation.
• Prepare coverage comparisons, letters, and client communications.
• Monitor and report on claims; coordinate activity with other offices as needed.
