Job summary

Aon is seeking an Account Executive II in Construction & Infrastructure (C&I) to join a hybrid Chicago-area team. You will collaborate with senior members to shape coverage strategies, respond to client requests, and prepare documentation for new business and renewals.

This role requires 7+ years in Property & Casualty with emphasis on Construction Surety Bonds, plus strong relationship skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, with Construction Surety Bonds preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with high-level clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality in client deliverables.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members to develop coverage strategies and marketing initiatives for renewals and new business.
• Respond promptly to client requests and service needs.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for new business and renewals.
• Analyze client risk exposures and develop tailored marketing proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with underwriting markets.
• Process policies, endorsements, and cancellations as applicable.
