Job summary

HUB International Limited seeks an experienced Account Executive to deliver consultative brokerage services to large-group employee benefits clients (1,000–5,000+ lives). You will collaborate with Producers, manage complex multi-carrier programs, and negotiate coverage terms with carriers.

You will engage with C‑level HR leaders, oversee service delivery across the policy cycle, and identify cross-sell opportunities while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License required.
• 8+ years in employee benefits account management or consulting.
• Experience with self-funded and level-funded plans and stop-loss.
• Experience influencing C-level and presenting to senior HR leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as consultant to Major Market clients with retention focus.
• Acts as technical expert on plan design and funding strategy for 1,000–5,000+ lives.
• Develops relationships with C-level and senior HR decision-makers.
• Oversees delivery of HUB services across the policy cycle and renewal processes.
• Leads carrier marketing, underwriting negotiations, and RFPs for large accounts.
• Performs annual reviews and makes cost-containment recommendations.
