Job summary

HUB International in San Diego, CA seeks an Account Executive to manage and grow an assigned book of business. You will build strong client relationships, deliver proactive service, and support Producers in obtaining and expanding business.

You will oversee program design, carrier marketing, risk control coordination, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role emphasizes autonomy and opportunities to cross-sell HUB products while maintaining compliance and accurate receivables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years insurance industry experience (brokage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Property & Casualty License required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary consultant to assigned accounts and oversee account management and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and decision makers.
• Coordinate with marketing, underwriting, and risk control staff to deliver service.
• Support Producers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business; prepare clients for interactions.
