Saint Therese is seeking an Institutional Giving Manager to build philanthropic support through corporate partnerships, foundations, and government grants. You’ll lead the lifecycle from prospect research to proposal development, sponsorship solicitation, and reporting, partnering with Finance and program teams to strengthen Saint Therese programs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in fundraising, corporate relations, foundation relations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success writing grants and securing awards of $10,000 or more.
• Demonstrated success securing corporate gifts and sponsorships of $5,000 or more.
• Knowledge of institutional fundraising, grant compliance, and sponsorship fulfillment.
• Ability to interpret program budgets, outcome data, and funding requirements.
• Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic, goal-oriented thinker with sound judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach and demonstrated ability to partner with staff and volunteers.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
• Proficiency with donor management software such as Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM.

Responsabilités

• Prepare grant applications, LOIs, and proposals aligned to opportunities and revenue goals.
• Submit all applications and progress reports by deadlines.
• Create invoices for pledges and follow up on payments.
• Manage post-award duties: budgets, compliance, reporting.
• Oversee sponsorships: benefits, recognition, logo use.
• Collaborate with Finance and programs on grant-funded projects.
• Maintain donor records and relationship activity.
