Job summary

Notre Dame de Sion Schools in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Manager of Philanthropy & Engagement to lead annual giving, donor relations, and grant activities within the Office of Community Engagement. The role reports to the Director of Community Engagement and supervises the Donor Relations Coordinator.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in non-profit management or fundraising.
Strong leadership in alumnae relations, advancement and donor relations.
Experience with donor databases and fundraising campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan with leadership.
Cultivate and solicit major gifts; coordinate with Trustees and President.
Oversee Donor Relations and data reporting in partnership with the team.
Lead grant writing, endowment and scholarship initiatives.
Manage quarterly Board reporting and annual fund activities.
Collaborate with school principals and parent groups for donor engagement.
