Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation, is seeking an Outside Sales Support specialist in Boston, MA. You will provide day-to-day support to Outside Sales Representatives, prepare quotations and orders, and coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure accurate documentation and timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Shipping, Purchasing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in inside sales support or sales administration.
• Experience with ERP/CRM software (BisTrack preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Outside Sales Representatives during the sales cycle.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and related sales documents.
• Assist Outside Sales Representatives with customer requests, project updates, and account support.
• Support bid preparation, pricing requests, and product recommendations.
• Monitor customer orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Shipping, Receiving, Purchasing, Operations, vendors, and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain organized sales files, order documentation, and customer records.
