Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead our Customer Service and Inside Sales initiatives across a defined U.S. territory.

You will collaborate with outside sales, technical services and sales leadership to optimize processes from quote to shipment and to grow key accounts. The ideal candidate has a 4-year business degree and 5 years managing a CS/inside sales team, with 10+ years in sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years leading inside sales teams.
• Experience managing customer service processes and budgets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a Customer Service team to support customers.
• Support and optimize internal sales processes from order to shipment.
• Collaborate with outside sales, technical services and inside sales to meet annual budgets.
• Develop Inside Sales strategy and train a defined customer segment.
• Establish KPIs and report on sales budget achievement.
• Lead outbound call initiatives and manage performance.
• Travel 10–30% to visit facilities and customers.
