Job summary

RSCC Wire & Cable LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to lead Inside Sales and Customer Service, drive efficiency, and ensure profitability. This role coordinates with Field Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize quotes, pricing, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include developing best-practice processes, monitoring margin performance with Power BI, mentoring teams, and traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, customer service, commercial operations, or sales leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales operations, inside sales, or customer service teams.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Wire and cable industry experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inside Sales and Customer Service teams to drive efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
• Monitor pricing discipline and ensure adherence to policies.
• Manage quotes and orders to meet profitability targets using Power BI.
• Develop and improve best-practice processes for quotations, order management, and customer service.
• Support annual sales, bookings, and revenue objectives.
• Coordinate between Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on Inside Sales activities and trends.
• Mentor and coach Inside Sales Representatives and Supervisors.
• Identify training and development opportunities.
• Travel as needed to support customers and team development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
