Job summary

Marmon Industrial Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Manager, Sales Operations to lead Inside Sales and Customer Service, aligning pricing, quotations, and order fulfillment to drive profitability. You will co‑ordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations, optimize processes, and coach teams to achieve targets.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, manufacturing experience, and global travel to support customer relationships and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Operations or related field preferred / equivalent industry experience considered.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales, customer service, commercial operations, or sales leadership.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales operations, inside sales, or customer service teams.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Wire and cable industry experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inside Sales and Customer Service operations to drive efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
• Ensure pricing discipline and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor margin performance and pricing compliance using Power BI.
• Develop and improve best-practice processes for quotations, orders, and service.
• Lead initiatives that support annual sales, bookings, and revenue objectives.
• Mentor and coach Inside Sales Representatives and Supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and travel as needed.
