Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to lead Inside Sales and Customer Service, align pricing strategies, and drive profitability across the business. You will serve as a critical liaison among Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of quotes and orders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years in sales operations or related leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or wire and cable sectors. Occasional travel will be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, customer service, commercial operations, or sales leadership roles.
• Experience leading high-performing sales operations within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Wire and cable industry experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inside Sales and Customer Service operational functions to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Partner with Inside Sales Supervisors and Key Account Managers on pricing discipline.
• Monitor margin performance and pricing compliance using Power BI.
• Develop and improve quotes, order management, and customer service processes.
• Mentor and coach Inside Sales Representatives and Supervisors to maximize performance.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally to support customers and team development.
