Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Manager in California to lead and develop a high-performance sales team. You will drive strategic objectives, cultivate talent, and ensure accurate opportunity management in Arrow's systems.

The role emphasizes customer-focused negotiation, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to grow revenue and optimize team performance. This is an in-office position with strong growth potential.

• Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team.
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
• Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager.
• Typically does not spend more than 20% of time performing the work supervised.
• Accountable for the results of a large and/or moderately complex support or production operations team including subordinate work leaders.
• Applies acquired expertise to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent.
• Provides input on resource planning and policy development.
• Coaches team members on performance, completes employee performance evaluations and recommends pay actions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees strategic and sales objectives; creates tactical solutions to meet/exceed objectives.
• Drives large deals; negotiates aggressively in the deal process while maintaining customer service quality and profitability.
• Develops sales team to accurately enter and manage opportunities; ensures data in the Opportunity Manager is up-to-date.
• Educates partners how to register opportunities and transact with Arrow and vendors.
• Participates in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to goals.
