Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Rep to serve as a key customer contact and consultant at the branch.

You will quote, sell and fulfill orders for equipment and services based on customer needs, and help grow the branch with proactive relationship-building. You’ll process quotations and contracts, establish new accounts, negotiate prices, dispatch deliveries, generate leads, and maintain an inviting showroom.

Responsibilities

• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental/sales accounts via walk-in or call-in customers.
• Negotiate prices per pricing policies and procedures.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage delivery expectations.
• Generate leads and share with Outside Sales Representatives.
• Warm-call lost/dormant accounts to retain business.
• Maintain a clean, presentable showroom and stocked merchandise.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
