Carfax, part of S&P Global Mobility, is seeking a Strategic Inside Sales Representative in Centreville, VA. You will conduct outbound and inbound sales calls, upsell CARFAX products, and manage customer data in Salesforce while building lasting relationships.

This is a hybrid role with location-driven in-office expectations and sponsorship not offered. Ideal candidates have 2-4+ years in B2B inside sales, strong Zoom presentation skills, and CRM experience to hit monthly quotas and grow

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of B2B sales experience, inside/phone-based selling.
• Excellent verbal communication and Zoom-based presentation skills.
• Salesforce or CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone and Zoom sales calls to current and prospective customers.
• Grow existing accounts by presenting and upselling CARFAX products.
• Handle inbound customer leads and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
• Track activity and customer information in CRM accurately.
• Build strong relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and activity metrics.
