Job summary

CARFAX, a division of Mobility Global, is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with CARFAX dealers while upselling products and services. You’ll provide top-tier customer service, establish rapport with key decision makers, and drive growth to meet monthly metrics in a hybrid Virginia office setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service, relationship management, and retention experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Goal-oriented with results focus.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to persuade and influence through product knowledge.
• Experience with a CRM tool (Salesforce preferred).
• Spanish speaking a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, grow, and retain strong relationships while up-selling new products and services in a phone-based environment
• Provide top notch customer service and establish rapport with key decision makers
• Achieve monthly metric goals by driving growth with existing CARFAX dealers
• Increase customer awareness, engagement, and retention by sharing the value proposition of CARFAX products
• Collaborate with peers in the dealer business unit, sales, marketing, and finance to resolve issues and provide process improvements
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic by being a highly motivated self-starter
