Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery terms and payment conditions.
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions and quotes.
• Use digital tools to sell, promote, and demonstrate products to customers.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
