Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Richmond Mega Project site. This role provides advanced inside sales and customer support by managing inquiries, sales orders, and fulfillment activities, serving as the primary internal contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing, and timely issue resolution.

You will collaborate closely with outside sales reps, branch leadership, and internal support teams to drive revenue growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverages product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision‑making and resolve service‑related issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manages time effectively to consistently meet service standards
