Job summary

DPR Construction, via OES Equipment in Warrenton, MO, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, sales orders, and fulfillment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years inside sales or customer service experience.
• 2-4 years in construction supplies or equipment industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverages product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manages time effectively to consistently meet service standards
