Job summary

DPR Construction's OES Equipment division seeks an Inside Sales Representative for our Richmond Mega Project site. This role provides advanced inside sales and customer support by handling inquiries, quotes, orders and fulfillment, ensuring accurate processing and timely issue resolution.

You will collaborate with outside sales, branch leadership and internal support teams to grow revenue, leverage product knowledge, and coordinate inventory and procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience providing customer support and handling inquiries.
• Ability to quote, process orders and manage fulfillment.
• Collaboration with outside sales, branch leadership and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions through the order lifecycle, including inquiries and order processing.
• Create and maintain accurate quotes, orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts.
• Coordinate purchasing for inventory, drop-ship items, and site services.
• Support inventory, equipment, and receiving activities with accurate records.
