Alfa Laval is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist for a hybrid role in the United States. You will identify leads, manage CRM data, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer support.

The position emphasizes using CRM tools, meeting targets, and building lasting customer relationships. The successful candidate will have 2+ years in similar roles, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in inside sales, customer service, or similar.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through inbound and outbound activities.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate lead and customer information.
• Proactively contact prospective customers to promote products/services and close sales.
• Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet customer needs.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline toward monthly and quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and achieve revenue objectives.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional products to existing customers.
• Educate customers on new offerings and solutions.
• Guide onboarding for new customers and conduct product demos as needed.
• Prepare reports on support trends and sales performance.
