Job summary

Alfa Laval is hiring an Inside Sales and Customer Support Specialist for a hybrid role located in Richmond, VA; Greenwood, IN; or Houston, TX. You will drive sales, support customers, and manage the CRM to ensure pipeline progress.

The position requires a proactive approach and a passion for exceeding targets. You should have at least 2 years in inside sales or similar, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in inside sales or customer service.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
