Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist for a hybrid role based in the United States. You will drive sales and provide exceptional customer support for the Water Industry, nurturing relationships and meeting targets.

Responsibilities include lead qualification, CRM maintenance, tailored pitches, and onboarding new customers, with regular product demos and ongoing support. Competitive bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in inside sales, customer service, or similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads via inbound and outbound activities.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate lead and customer info.
• Proactively contact prospects to promote products and close sales.
• Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals for customers.
• Track the sales pipeline toward monthly and quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and revenue targets.
• Upsell/cross-sell to existing customers and educate on new offerings.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and conduct product demos.
