Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a proactive Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our hybrid team. Based in the United States, you will drive sales while delivering top-tier customer support for the Water Industry, building strong relationships, and solving problems to meet targets.

You will handle lead qualification, CRM management, product demos, onboarding, and ongoing customer education to ensure satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads via calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Maintain an organized CRM with accurate data.
• Proactively contact prospects to promote products and close sales.
• Develop tailored pitches and proposals to meet customer needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline toward monthly/quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and drive revenue.
• Upsell or cross-sell to existing customers.
• Educate customers on new offerings and features.
• Guide onboarding for new customers and ensure adoption.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training as needed.
