Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets across accounts/territories.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities through proactive outreach and consultative engagement.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships; retain and expand."
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, product demos, and solution consultations.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, implementation, and product teams to support needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline status, and forecasting.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to inform sales strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
• Participate in conferences and virtual events to promote products and build relationships.
• Provide post-sale support and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.
• Stay current on product offerings and competitive landscape.
