Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Sales or Customer Success is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Education Technology or Higher Education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated contact for customers and manage relationships.
• Retain and renew customers to meet revenue targets.
• Develop tailored success plans and drive product usage.
• Provide proactive training and guidance aligned with goals.
• Advocate for customers during high-severity issue resolution.
• Conduct regular health checks and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze data to uncover risks and upsell opportunities.
