Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Sales/Inside Sales professional to respond to customer inquiries, enter orders, and maintain strong customer relations. You will backup an assigned group of customers and ensure accurate pricing in line with company strategy.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret business-related documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with outside customers to resolve inquiries.
• Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Customer Portal Applications.

Responsabilités

• Act as an account manager for an assigned set of strategic customers.
• Provide customer quotations based on internal pricing strategy and data.
• Coordinate with Estimator or Inside Sales Manager on pricing and data inconsistencies.
• Investigate and resolve shipping date issues and expedite shipments when needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, distributors, and suppliers.
• Complete and review Purchase Orders to ensure correct entry and alignment with offers.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain pricing, shipping, and delivery dates.
• Assist in level-loading the shop using available data and tools.
