You will visit customers, coordinate with sales, operations, purchasing and sourcing teams, and maintain proactive communication using our systems.

• Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing / support role.
• Prior fastener and account management experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by prioritizing a customer-first mentality.
• Build strong relationships with customers across all levels.
• Proactively identify customer needs and coordinate with internal teams.
• Enter quotes and sales orders promptly; follow up as required.
• Expedite sales orders and coordinate with purchasing/ops for inventory.
• Act as customer advocate to improve buying experience.
• Utilize monthly inventory trend reports for stock management.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and margin goals for territory.
• Be willing to assist warehouse and other duties as needed.
• Work as part of a team to support organizational goals.
