Hodell-Natco Industries is seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service representative to support the local sales team in a fast-paced environment. You will handle quotes, orders, and customer inquiries while coordinating with operations, purchasing, and sourcing to ensure exceptional service.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems. In-office position with potential scheduling flexibility.

Formación

• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year minimum in a customer-facing / support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer experience and support to local sales team and customers.
• Enter quotes and sales orders accurately and promptly.
• Follow up on quotes to ensure timely conversion and revenue.
• Expedite orders and coordinate with purchasing on inbound requirements.
• Utilize Salesforce for interactions on strategic accounts and maintain up-to-date activity logs.
• Maintain knowledge of Hodell-Natco product offerings and support continuous improvement.
