Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing/support role.
• Prior fastener and account management experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Industrial, manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience with a Customer-First mindset.
• Build strong relationships to enhance trust across the customer’s organization.
• Proactively identify customer needs and coordinate with internal teams.
• Enter quotes and sales orders; follow up within required timeframes.
• Expedite orders; collaborate with purchasing and operations on inbound requirements.
• Act as customer advocate; improve buying experience with Hodell-Natco.
• Utilize monthly inventory trends to manage stock levels; use ERP for account management.
• Meet or exceed annual sales and margin goals for territory and branch.
