Hodell-Natco Industries in Valley View, OH is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to manage an existing book of business, mine new opportunities, and grow accounts. You will visit customers, coordinate with sales, operations, purchasing, and sourcing teams to meet sales goals, with a focus on fasteners in the industrial space.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, proactive account management, and effective communication using ERP/MRP system tools.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred
• 3+ years customer-facing or support experience
• Prior fastener/account management experience a plus
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems including SalesForce and P21 a plus

Responsabilidades

• Provide an Exceptional Customer Experience and promote a Customer First mentality
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance trust
• Proactively seek customer needs and communicate them to internal teams
• Enter quotes and sales orders promptly and follow up as required
• Expedite sales orders and coordinate with purchasing/operations
• Advocate for customers and improve their buying experience with HNI
• Use monthly inventory trends to manage stock effectively
• Utilize ERP for all account management activities
• Meet or exceed annual sales and margin goals for territory
• Demonstrate consultative knowledge of Hodell-Natco offerings
• Assist with warehouse and other duties as opportunities arise
