Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Executive Director for Strategic Initiatives PMO & Workforce Agility to lead the firm's cross-enterprise workforce transformation within Chase Home Lending.

You will oversee planning, governance, and execution of high-impact initiatives, influencing organizational design, AI adoption, and customer experience improvements. Partner with senior leaders to align workforce priorities with long-term strategy, manage budgets and risks, and build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on program management concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational programs with significant impact.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across matrixed environments.
• Strong conflict resolution, change management, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing program budgets and capacity across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop and articulate a structured business case with financial impact.
• Track record of building cohesive, high-performing teams with inclusive leadership.
• Deep understanding of business processes, operational risk, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-organizational programs across Home Lending, driving agility and transformation from ideation through execution.
• Align workforce agility priorities with Home Lending's long-term strategy and financial objectives.
• Conduct workforce impact assessments on roles, capacity, and leadership implications.
• Coordinate workforce readiness strategies with HR and communications for successful adoption of new operating models.
• Oversee the Strategic Initiatives PMO portfolio for centralized oversight and support.
• Maintain an integrated view across initiatives including plans, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and risks.
• Drive planning and execution of complex initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Translate operational challenges into structured, executable programs with senior leaders.
• Develop and mentor program staff, fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture.
• Monitor health, progress, and risks; address issues and adjust priorities to sustain momentum.
• Manage program budgets and optimize resources to maximize business outcomes.
