Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years of program management and change-management experience in a large-scale organization.
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint for executive materials and Excel for analytics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of process improvement initiatives using data analytics and coach client teams.
• Communicate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Guide AI systems integration to ensure outputs are accurate and contextually appropriate.
• Oversee end-to-end change management from strategic communications to stakeholder impact mitigation.
• Build advisory relationships with key client stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Lead client projects, managing analysts across multiple workstreams and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate to build hypotheses, analyses, and roadmaps for solutions.
