• Translate workforce data into actionable plans regarding skills, learning, recruiting, redeployment, and change strategies.
• Drive workforce agility initiatives enabling talent movement and retention.
• Develop workforce plans informed by transformation and automation for organizational redesign.
• Assess current workforce across lines of business against future requirements and identify risks.
