Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director to lead Workforce Optimization & Change Management in the Tech, Data, Product segment. The role partners with senior leaders to align workforce strategy with business priorities and to drive scalable, proactive planning and redeployment across multiple locations in the U.S. and beyond.

You will build repeatable mechanisms, leverage market insights, and guide talent movement and capability building to support long‑term growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to connect workforce strategy to business priorities and drive execution through change leadership.
• Experience building scalable and repeatable workforce planning and governance mechanisms.
• Experience assessing workforce composition against future-state talent requirements and identifying capability gaps and succession risks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key partners and business leaders to connect workforce strategy with priorities.
• Lead the change required to execute workforce strategy and transformation.
• Build and run the operating system to accelerate strategic delivery and create repeatable mechanisms.
• Connect strategic workforce planning to downstream impacts on tasks and jobs to inform skills, learning, and redeployment.
