CVS Health seeks a Strategic Initiatives Lead to advance the Medicare Technology strategy and operating model across technology teams and business lines. You will drive vendor management, budgeting, and governance while aligning with Product, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to scale initiatives.

Successful candidates bring 7+ years in healthcare IT or digital transformation, strong cross-functional leadership, and a healthcare-focused strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT, strategic planning, or digital transformation.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to lead complex initiatives across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advance the Medicare Technology strategy and operating model across technology teams.
• Own Medicare Technology vendor operations including onboarding, performance, renewals, and risk.
• Define and manage operating rhythms, governance, and performance measures for scalable delivery across the organization.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to align priorities and optimize costs.
• Lead horizontal initiatives such as cloud strategy and interdependencies across Medicare Technology.
