Job summary

Sika Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative for Infrastructure to cover multiple states in the USA. You will be responsible for achieving sales and profit goals in the infrastructure segment under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager.

You will grow regional sales by expanding relationships with contractors, engineers, DOTs, and distributors, collaborate with internal teams, maintain product approvals, and provide on-site technical support to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• BS degree minimum; relevant experience preferred.
• Proven track record in construction chemical sales on infrastructure projects.
• Ability to coordinate with sales teams across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional sales and market share by expanding relationships with contractors, engineers, DOTs, and distributors.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify opportunities and close projects.
• Maintain product approvals with state DOTs in the region.
• Develop relationships with contractor and engineering staff to maximize territory coverage.
• Lead contractor education on product knowledge and applications.
• Provide on-site technical support and coordinate with technical services teams.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events to promote growth.
