Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a senior market-facing executive to drive growth, shape large-scale client transformations, and lead delivery of complex capital programs across public and private sector clients.

You will partner with C-suite and senior public-sector leaders to modernize planning, governance, and execution of capital investments—drawing on Accenture's global capabilities, digital assets, and industry expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of infrastructure or capital projects consulting experience.
• Proven success in business development, origination, and delivery of large‑scale engagements.
• Deep expertise in PMO transformation, capital governance, and program delivery.
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior market‑facing executive responsible for driving growth and leading complex capital programs across public and private sector clients.
• Partner with C‑suite and senior public‑sector leaders to modernize planning, governance, and execution of capital investments.
• Act as a trusted advisor across the full capital lifecycle—planning, funding, design, construction, and transition to operations.
• Originate, shape, and close large, complex infrastructure engagements while building executive relationships.
• Lead program execution and governance as an executive sponsor or engagement lead with global, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Design and implement modern PMO and governance models, with data analytics supporting portfolio decisions.
• Build and mentor high‑performing teams and contribute to internal capability development.
• Represent Accenture as a thought leader and collaborate across practices.
