Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks an experienced leader to drive complex data center capital programs. You will act as Owner's Representative, guiding planning, execution, and handover while maintaining governance and robust reporting.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage risks, and ensure objectives align with budgets and schedules to deliver high-impact infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field.
• 10+ years in data center industry with knowledge of MEP disciplines.
• 15+ years in construction, capital projects, project controls, or program management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and stakeholders in complex capital delivery environments.
• Experience preparing executive-level governance materials and program performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, building strong client relationships and providing strategic guidance to solve complex project and business challenges.
• Support business development through industry expertise, thought leadership, proposal development, and participation in industry events.
• Act as an Owner's Representative, overseeing capital projects from planning through execution, closeout, and handover.
• Lead project planning and delivery activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, schedules, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate the overall project controls program across risk, schedule, cost, change management, governance, and reporting functions.
• Drive program plans, priorities, deliverables, and action closure to support successful project outcomes.
• Monitor schedule, cost, risk, and change performance, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
• Identify delivery gaps, dependencies, and issues while driving mitigation and resolution strategies.
